PABAHAY PROJECT UNDERGOES MAJOR REPAIR

Pabahay is a flagship project of the Club in 2005 that provided dwelling units on a donated land in Agos-agos Quezon by St. Benedictine international School owned by the Bondoc Family. The project was aimed at providing houses to families who lost their homes permanently due to the Quezon mudslide disaster of 2000.
The August monsoon rains that flooded Metro Manila also brought a freak tornado to our Pabahay
Project that lifted some of the roof of the units, weakened its walls and cause a big hole on the building.
Club members raised funds with member Eisa Mercado providing a significant donation to start the repair. The hired Infanta-based Engineer Contractor Noel Penaverde engaged the beneficiary residents of the Pabahay in the repair which was completed on October 24, 2012.
Repair Project Cost : P150,000.00
Beneficiaries : Eight (8) Families
Total dwellers : Fifty (50)
Job employment : 10 skilled workers including its Contractor.
